Introducing: Sean Rayhall

One of the goals in forming the Formula Enterprises Pro Series was to give talented drivers with a limited budget a place to race in the pro ranks. While the inaugural 2010 season is only a few weeks old, it has already become apparent that one racer is making the most of that opportunity, further establishing his place as one of the drivers to watch in the North American junior formula car ranks. Sean Rayhall has rapidly set himself as the driver to beat in the FE Pro Series, capturing every pole position thus far en route to dominating Rounds Three and Four with a pair of flag-to-flag wins at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

A native of Winston, Ga., a suburb of Atlanta, Rayhall grew up around racing, his father having been a racing fan for years, before getting behind the wheel himself via a Porsche in Grand-Am Cup competition. As a result, from pretty much the time that he could walk, Rayhall has wanted to go racing. Wasting little time, he first got behind the wheel in 2003 at the age of seven, competing at his local karting track. Rayhall immediately showed skill on-track in winning his first two races en route to a second place in the championship fight.
